Holy-day and Eid Mubarak

before i write some sentences about my holiday, i wanna say 'HAPPY EID MUBARAK' for all muslim in this world, Minal Aidin Wal Faidzin :-D

yep, start 24th August 2011 i  was free from my school activity, my friends and i were so happy. i had two weeks holiday and i didn't know what would i do during this holiday. i just stayed at home all day long, lounging while watching TV and i thought that it was Ramadhan month so I would looking for many rewards. i read Holy Quran too he he and i did fasting well.

the calendar showed me that the Eid Mubarak came on Tuesday, 29th August 2011, but it was miss. whereas on monday, i was so happy cause i thought the next day is Eid Mubarak. On the monday night, the government did a session to determine the 1st syawal and the result was.... 1st Syawal fell on Wednesday, 31st August 2011. but, there were some groups who celebrated Eid Mubarak fixed on Tuesday. i followed the rule of government so i still did fasting on Tuesday. yes, even when there's a difference, we have to respect each others.

and the day that i wait finally came, Eid Mubarak day, i went to mosque at 6am with my mother. after we prayed, we went to my grandma's house to apologize each other, i and my parents also did gathering with my neighbor. everything was start from zero again he he

Sistem Jaringan Komputer

Sistem Jaringan -- sekelompok hardware seperti PC, Printer, dan peralatan lain yang terhubung satu sama lain dan masing-masing terjadi interaksi komunikasi.

Konfigurasi jaringan dibagi menjadi 2 :

1. Peer to peer -- biasanya melibatkan kurang dari 10 komputer (station). konsep security dari jaringan ini tidak diutamakan, karena setiap komputer (station) memiliki posisi yang sama dalam berkomunikasi. Dalam konfigurasi ini setiap komputer bisa saling share data, seperti file-file pengolah kata, spreadsheet, printer, CD-ROM drive, scanner, dan lain-lain tanpa perlu ada konsep restrict security.

Kelebihan :
- Biaya pasang lebih murah
- Mudah dalam pemasangan
- Tidak perlu skill khusus untuk memasangnya


Kekurangan :
- Tidak cocok untuk network skala bear, administrasi menjadi tidak terkontrol
- Keamanan sistem kurang
- Tidak ada posisi sentral untuk file dan aplikasi

1.  Client/Server -- Konfigurasi ini lebih cocok untuk jaringan skala besar. dibutuhkan satu pusat komputer sebagai pengendali yang disebut dengan Server. Server bisa bertindak sebagai pusat penyimpan data, shared application central, dan lain-lain. Umumnya spesifikasi server lebih tinggi, karena server mengendalikan akses komputer lain dalam jaringan yang disebut Client. Biasanya guru dan siswa bekerja pada komputer client, sedangkan pengelolaan/akses server biasanya ditunjuk staff khusus.

Kelebihan :
- Maintenance lebih mudah
- Mampu dalam komputer banyak
- Server dapat di akses dari jauh dan melewati multiple platform.


Kekurangan :
- Biaya mahal
- Butuh staff khusus dalam merawatnya
- Sangat ketergantungan pada server jika mengalami gangguan atau masalah

Jenis-Jenis Jaringan Komputer

Berdasarkan letaknya, jaringan dibagi 3, yaitu :

1. LAN (Local Area Network) -- suatu sistem yang menghubungkan komputer dan peralatan lain bersama-sama dalam sebuah jaringan yang tidak luas, seperti di dalam satu kantor atau gedung.
          Jarak = 10 m s/d 1 Km
          Kecepatan Transmisi = 10 s/d 100 Mbps
2. MAN (Metropolitan Area Network) -- sistem jaringan yang memiliki radius pelayanan terbatas pada sebuah kota atau propinsi. Umumnya MAN menggunakan medium gelombang elektromagnetik (wireless).
         Jarak = 10 Km s/d 100 Km
3. WAN (Wide Area Network) -- suatu sistem jaringan yang menghubungkan jaringan antar negara atau benua. Biasanya menggunakan satelit atau kabel bawah laut
         Jarak > 100 Km
         Kecepatan Transmisi 64 kbps (kilobitpersecond)

Berdasarkan media transmisi, dibedakan menjadi 2, yaitu :

1. Jenis Jaringan Kabel, contoh : LAN
2. Jenis Wireless (nirkabel) 

WLAN (Wireless Local Area Network) -- prinsipnya sama dengan LAN, tetapi modium tranformasi data berbeda. LAN menggunakan medium kabel, WLAN menggunakan medium gelombang elektromagnetik.

Wireless

Keunggulan :

1. Mobilitas
2. Kecepatan instalasi
3. Fleksibilitas tempat
4. Pengurangan anggaran biaya
5. Jangkauan Luas

Kelemahan :

1. Transmit data 1-2 Mbps
2. Alatnya mahal
3. Propagansi radio (interfensi gelombang)
4. Kapasitas jaringan terbatas
5. Keamanan data kurang terjamin
6. Intermittence (sinyal putus-putus)

INTERNET -- sistem jaringan global, yaitu jaringan komputer seluruh dunia yang melibatkan berbagai infrastruktur jaringan seperti DNS, Web server, e-mail server, dll.

INTRANET -- miniatur jaringan internet, biasanya berorientasi pada sebuah jaringan lokal suatu kantor/gedung.

EXTRANET -- skala lebih luas dibanding internet, diterapkan untuk perusahaan-perusahaan besar yang jarak cabangnya berjauhan (kumpulan beberapa perusahaan yang berbeda)

IEKELIENE STANGE she's a Dutch fashion model. with her street style, she looks pretty cool (i love this style too). she's inspired by Tokyo street fashion. Boldly clashing bright patterns, loud prints and vivid colors, as well as piles of accessories - hats, plastic jewelry, badges and more. but i know this style is little freak if you wear it in Indonesia, that's weird ha ha. only, you can just wearing accessories which have a bright color, like green spotlight, bright yellow and shocking pink to show the brightness.
